Director
Vijaykumar, brings to the Vivechana Group, his diverse knowledge and experience gained over 35 years of working with Multi-National Companies in a multitude of fields ranging from Engineering, Non-Banking Finance, Insurance to Construction Industry. An Engineering Graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration & an LLB Degree, combined with a varied exposure in different fields, he brings a wide range of experience and innovative ideas to the table.
He is responsible for business development, strategic planning and diversification along with other key executive functions. He doesn’t hesitate to incorporate innovative ideas or to guide our young team and experiment with all aspects of execution.
In addition to being a food lover, Vijaykumar travels extensively and listens to the yesteryear numbers from Bollywood to de-stress himself.
Venkatesh B
Director
Venkatesh is a Post Graduate in Science and has over 20 years of experience in Environmental Engineering and Office Administration. With his long stint of doing Government jobs,he brings a new perspective to the work culture in the Organisation. He is involved in all the Statutory Compliances, Government Liaison & Approvals. Venkatesh is currently putting his natural flair for negotiations to use, by heading the Procurements Department. He is a keen learner and has a passion for training the Human Resources inVivechana
Venkatesh is also a computer geek and is interested in all the latest electronic gadgets and is a health & fitness enthusiast.
Nirmala Vijaykumar
Director
Nirmala Vijaykumar is a Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry and has a Diploma in Systems Management. Her role entails leveraging of her accounting knowledge, administrative skills and inter personal relationships to build a strong and vibrant workforce.
She is a voracious reader, an extensive travel enthusiast and has an intense love for all wildlife including strays. She is also a good singer.
